How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Explanationcollaboration Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Explanationcollaboration Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Explanationcollaboration Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Submitting a Complaint

Email contact@explanationcollaboration.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
